He san further go gey ein Degree for Finance den Banking insyd 2003 den also gey ein bachelor's degree for law insyd 2014. He san do ein master's degree for marketing plus E-Commerce insyd 2011.[4]

Na he bi de District Chief Executive for de Ministry of Local Government for de Pru West district. He san job as de District Manager for de National Health Insurance Authority.[5]

Stephen bi a member of NPP den rydee he bi de MP for Pru West Constituency.[6] He won de parliamentary seat with 16,606 votes making 56.7% for de total votes wey de incumbent Masawud Mohammed gey 12,671 votes making 43.3% for de total votes.[7] Rydee, he bi de Deputy Minister for Roads den Highways.[8][9][10]
