Kufuor start ein education for de Catholic Convent, OLA, wey dey Keta for Volta Region of Ghana. She later go London, wer she educate as Registered General Nurse for Southern Hospital Group of Nursing - Edinburgh, Scotland.[4]
After ein study for Radcliffe Infirmary wey dey Oxford den Paddington General Hospital wey dey London, she qualify as State Certified Midwife plus Certificate for Premature Nursing.[4]

Pope Benedict XVI confer ein husband President John Kufuor as Papal Award of Knight Commander of St. Gregory de Great, secof ein dedicated service for mankind den de Catholic Church in general.[5] Theresa Kufuor too, dem give am Papal Award Dame of St Gregory de Great for ein commitment for de plight of poor children den dema mothers.[6]
