Thus, de need say you go increase enrollment in order say ego meet de state ein requirement for dsm large number of teachers in post-primary schools lead de then-Borno State Government, led by Lt. Col. Abdulmimini Aminu, make dem approve de establishment of three chaw colleges at Gashua, Biu, den Bama. De following goals wey dey guide de establishment of de College:[7]

  • To offer research, study, den training programs for de humanities, sciences, den languages wey dey lead go de Nigeria Certificate in Education.
  • To support NCE holder wey go work as teachers for de state primary den post-primary schools.
  • Provide academic den professional courses for de college's students as well as oda students.
