• National Institute of Hydraulics (Decree No. 254-84, of 18/08/1984).
• National Institute of Architecture (decree no. 253–84, of 05/08/1984).
• National Institute of Electrotechnics (decree no.: 169–86, of 18/08/1986).

Second Stage: De University Center (1992-1998)

Dese three institutes cam turn university center by decree: 295–92, of 07/07/1992. Since 1992, oda institutes emerge:

Third Stage: De university (since 1998)

Decree no. 219–98, of: 07.07.1998 dey transform de University Center into University of 3 faculties. Executive Decree 255-04 of 24/08/2004: dey amend Executive Decree 219-98 of 07/07/1998, dey organize de University of Biskra in four (4) faculties:

• Faculty of Science and Engineering.
• Faculty of Arts, Humanities den Social Sciences.
• Faculty of Law den Political Science.
• Faculty of Economics den Management.

Dey follow de executive decree no. 90-09 date: 17/02/2009, den for de Executive Decree 129–14, de university dey count today six (06) faculties den one (01) institute:

• Faculty of Humanities den Social Sciences.
• Faculty of Law den Political Science.
• Faculty of Economic, Commercial den Management Sciences.
• Faculty of Science den Technology.
• Faculty of Arts den Languages.
