De University of Laghouat anaa Amar Telidji University of Laghouat (Arabic: جامعة عمار ثليجي, French: Université Amar Telidji Laghouat) be university insyd de city of Laghouat, de capital city of Laghouat Province insyd Algeria.[1][2] Na dem establish am insyd 1986 wey dem give am full university status insyd 2001.[3]
Dem name de university after Ali Thaleji, dem dey bell "Amar", wey na he serve insyd de signal corps of de National Liberation Army during de Algerian War.

Before e cam turn national university, de university pass thru several stages. University education insyd Laghouat begin under Executive Decree No. 86-165 of August 05, 1986, wich dem order de establishment of de Higher School give Technical Education Teachers.[4] Na de number of students for de 1986–7 academic year be 314 under de supervision of 23 professors.
Under Decree No. 97-157 of 10 May 1997, na dem change de Higher School for Technical Education Teachers into university center. De center include four departments: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, den economics.
Insyd 1995, de university begin dey offer postgraduate studies insyd materials science. Na dem establish oda departments wey dey include industrial chemistry insyd 1997, informatics, law, den management insyd 1998, den biology insyd 2000.
Under Executive Decree No. 01-270 of September 19, 2001, na dem officially recognize de university as national university.[5]
