Insyd July 2013, de State Presido, Mr Jacob Zuma, announce de name of de fresh university as de University of Mpumalanga as well as de names of de members of de Interim Council make dem oversee ein formal establishment. De University of Mpumalanga, comprehensive university, na dem formally den legally promulgate thru de publication of Government Notice (No. 36772) for 22 August 2013 wey dem launch am for 31 October 2013.
