Insyd 2018, na dem elect am vice chair in charge of Partnership den Resources of de Commonwealth Youth Council, wey make am de first female den Ghanaian wey she hold de position. De Commonwealth Youth council be de largest den most diverse youth-led organisation for de world insyd, as such Dugan now dey represent young people for 53 Commonwealth countries insyd.[1][2][3]

She be former student of St. Louis Senior High School den Student Representative Council Secretary of de Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology for Kumasi insyd. She sanso get Masters insyd Development Finance from de University of Ghana, Legon.[4][5] She sanso get Certificate from Oxford Executive Leadership Programme 2020 wey currently she dey study for de School of Law, University of Leeds UK.

As part of de Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2018, she contest wey she chop election wey lead am appointment as vice chair of de partnership den resources. Before ein appointment, she serve as de financial coordinator give de Commonwealth Alliance give young entrepreneurs West Africa Chapter. She sanso be founding member of Climate Resilient Network den member of de World Students Environmental Network.[5][6]
