Swatson dey comot from Saltpond, town wey sa be de capital of Mfantsiman Municipal District wey dey Central Region. She go basic school for University of Ghana Basic School den Senior High Education for Ghana Christian International School (Dodowa) where she go learn General Science.[3][4]

She plete Senior High School na she dey 18 years, she get admission for Mach1 Aviation Academy for Johannesburg (South Africa) so say she go chase ein dream as pilot.[5][6][7]

Maame Esi get ein first solo flight plus Mach1 Aviation Academy for 4 April 2016 insyd as na she dey 19.[5] She now get commercial pilot license wey be South African Civil Aviation Authority dema standard.[5] She fly total of 210 hours for de duration de tym wey she dey school till she obtain ein commercial license.[8]

Swatson set up aviation company wey dem dey bell am Excel Aviation Company.[5][6][8]

As of 2019, she be first officer plus Passion Air for Ghana insyd, wey she dey operate De Havilland Canada Dash 8 aircraft.[9]
