She san be qualified teacher, wey pass out plus Certificate ‘A’ from Komenda Training College,[10] den Diploma for Education insyd from University of Cape Coast. Na she be participant for DAAD sponsored International Deans Course for Higher Education Management wey she san take de Galilee International Management Institute Diploma for Higher Education Management programme insyd.[11]

Na she be de Provost give de College of Humanities den Legal Studies from 2016 - 2018.[12] Ein administrative jurisdiction dey cover third of de regular student population den 30% of de population of academic faculty of de University of Cape Coast. She establish de first College-Industry Week activities wey she showcase de College to de Corporate world of Oil den Gas den Business. She facilitate de realization of de GNPC Research Chair of one Million United States Dollars for Petroleum Management. She initiate efforts wey go establish sam Institute for Law den Governance for de University.

Na she be de Dean give de Faculty of Arts, de Head of Department of English den de Coordinator give de Communicative Skills program. As academic, she san teach for ein discipline for all levels for de University insyd; she san present research papers for national den international conferences wey she publish am for Discourses wey dey reputable journals den websites top, both locally den internationally. She san supervise several post graduate thesis.[11]

Prof. Edu-Buandoh serve either as Chair or member for several statutory den ad-hoc boards den committees for departmental, faculty den university levels, wey dey include de Academic Board, Finance Committee, Development Committee, Senior Members Disciplinary Committee. She san get de privilege serve as de Chairman give de Presidential Committee for Emoluments of Article 71 Office Holders (2012 - 2016).[13][14][15]
