She enroll for de University of South Florida from 2015 go 2018, she dey play for dema club South Florida Bulls for de American Athletic Conference insyd.^[2] She chop de 2017 season.

For 16 August 2019, she join Nigeria Women Premier League side Rivers Angels for one-year deal.^[3] For 24 January 2020 Adams move go Lebanon, wey she sign give SAS mid-2019–20 season. She play seven matches give fresh club, wey she assist five goals; she help ein side chop de league.

Adams return Ghana, wey she play give Berry Ladies for de National Women's League.^[4] For 2021 insyd, she join Kazakhstan championship club BIIK Shymkent.^[5]
