Nkoranza North District be one of de eleven districts insyd Bono East Region, Ghana.[1][2][3][4] Originally na e be formerly part of de then-larger Nkoranza District for 10 March 1989, til na dem split off de northern part of de district make e create Nkoranza North District for 1 November 2007 (effectively 29 February 2008); thus dem name de part wey remain as Nkoranza South District; wich na dem later elevate am go municipal district assembly status for 28 June 2012 make e cam turn Nkoranza South Municipal District. De district assembly dey locate insyd de southern part of Bono East Region wey Busunya be ein capital town.
