Nkoranza South Municipal bi one of de eleven districts wey dey for Bono East Region insyd Ghana.[1][2] Originally na ebi part of de den bollar Nkoranza District on 10 March 1989, until ein northern part for de district dem split am off go create Nkoranza North District on 1 November 2007 (effectively 29 February 2008); wey de remaining part dem rename am as Nkoranza South District, wey later dem elevate am to municipal assembly status for 28 June 2012 to become Nkoranza South Municipal Assembly.[3][4] De municipality dey de southern part for de Bono East Region den egey Nkoranza as ein capital town.[5]
