Nkoranza South Municipal District be one of de eleven districts insyd Bono East Region, Ghana.[1][2][3][4] Originally na ebe formerly part of de then-larger Nkoranza District for 10 March 1989, til dem split de northern part of de district off make dem create Nkoranza North District for 1 November 2007 (effectively 29 February 2008); thus dem rename de part wey remain as Nkoranza South District, wich dem later elevate am go municipal district assembly status for 28 June 2012 make e cam turn Nkoranza South Municipal District.
