Joojo Rocky Obeng[1] (born 1981) be a Ghanaian politician, financial analyst, chief executive officer of de International Settlement Consortium wey serve as de regional minister of Western North Region since 11 March 2021.[2][3][4]

He graduate plus a bachelor's den master's degree insyd Finance from de University of the Witwatersrand insyd Johannesburg. Prior to make he obtain de Bcom Hons – Finance, he study Economics den Statistics for de University of Ghana, Legon for three years after wich he transferr to de University of Witwatersrand.[5]

Career

He plete for United States Agency for International Development (USAID) insyd October 2013, a six month sponsored intensive Research & Writing Program for de George Washington University Law School, Washington DC. Ein publication on corporate bailout he author na dem feature am insyd de globally reputed Business & Finance Law Review (BFLR).[6][7]
