Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (born 11 August 1980) be a Ghanaian politician den a Member of Ninth Parliament of de Fourth Republic of Ghana for North Tongu Constituency insyd de Volta Region for de ticket of de National Democratic Congress. Na he be a deputy minister of state under both John Atta Mills den John Mahama.[1][2] Insyd January 2025, na John Mahama appoint am as de Foreign Affairs Minister-designate.[3]

Na dem born Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa for 11 August 1980 wey he dey hail from Aveyime-Battor insyd de Volta Region of Ghana.[4] He be an old student of de Presbyterian Boys' Senior Secondary School - Legon (Presec-Legon)[4] wey he sanso serve as Vice Pee of de scripture union.

He attend de University of Ghana, wey he get a Bachelor of Arts insyd Political Science den Philosophy between 2002 den 2006. For de University of Leicester, he get ein Master of Arts insyd Communication Media, den Public Relations.[4][5]

Ablakwa sanso dey hold a certificate insyd Leadership from de Harvard Kennedy School of Governance, USA den a Master of Science insyd Defense den International Politics from de Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College.[6]
