He then proceed go de Ghana Institute of Journalism for a diploma insyd communication studies (2008–2010) after he plete Tema Secondary School insyd 2006. Umaru later further ein study plus Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) wer he obtain a Bachelor of Arts Communications [Journalism option] insyd a top-up program between 2012 den 2014.
