Balufu Bakupa-Kanyinda (born 30 October 1957) be a filmmaker wey komot de Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Na ein first fiction film be Le Damier – Papa national oyé! (The Draughtsmen Clash) he make insyd 1996.[3]
Na he be a member of de board of short films for CNC insyd France from 1999 to 2001. Na Balufu be a member of de Input 2000 (International Public Television) insyd Cape Town, South Africa den a member of CreaTV, Unesco ein program for televisions insyd de South between 2000 den 2003.[2] Bakupa-Kanyinda be a writer den a poet wey he sanso be a film director.
