Wireko-Brobby dey hail from Twifo Hemang.[2] He dey zuk M.S.C for Planning insyd den L.L.B from de Faculty of Law from de Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He continue go de University of Dortmund wey he go obtain Postgraduate Diploma for Spatial Planning insyd.[5][6]
