Charlotte Kesson-Smith Osei (dem born am 1 February 1969)[1] be UN International Elections Commissioner, Ghanaian lawyer den former chairperson[1] of Electoral Commission of Ghana from 2015 til say dem dismiss am for June 2018 insyd[2] for grounds of financial malfeasance.[3][4][5] Dem challenge ein dismissal for Supremely Court of Ghana by two separate writs.[6] She be de first female wey serve for office of de Electoral Commission of Ghana since de independence of Ghana.[7] Before ein appointment na she be de chairperson give National Commission for Civic Education.[8] United Nations give team of international advisors, so say she go assist for managing de 2019 presidential elections in Afghanistan.[9]

She proceed go de University of Ghana wey she go obtain ein LLB insyd 1992 den Ghana School of Law wey she go obtain wey dem bell am to de bar insyd 1994.[11] She san so dey zuk Master of Business Leadership (MBL) wey komot de University of South Africa, Pretoria (2006), Master of Laws, (LLM), wey komot Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.[12]
