Dem born Felix for Tema for Ghana insyd.[6] He graduate from Pope John Secondary School for 2008 insyd, Central University plus B.Sc. for Banking den Finance for 2013 insyd, wey he san plete ein M.B.A for de Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.[2] As he dey study for Central University, dem appoint am as Google Student Ambassador, position wey surge ein interest for technology insyd.[2][7]

Nartey job as banker after ein first degree, wey na he be avid volunteer for oda capacities insyd.[6] He serve as de community manager give Wikimedia Ghana.[8][9][10] Later nu he co-found Open Foundation West Africa, non-profit organization wey ein goal be say e go encourage de creation of content under open licenses.[2][11][12][13]

As of August 2017, Nartey work as consultant for de capacity of Global Coordinator give de Wikipedia Library for de Wikimedia Foundation.[14] Nartey go on go job for different capacities insyd for de Wikimedia Foundation, wey currently nu he dey occupy de position of Senior Program Officer.[15]

He san so serve for different capacities for boards top den as advisor. He serve for more dan 5 years as board chair give Open Foundation West Africa, currently he dey serve as advisory board member give Kiwix den advisory committee member give Open Access Week.[16][17][18]
