[edit | edit source]Tsegah join de diplomatic service for 1977 insyd, as civil servant for de Culture Department for de Ministry of Foreign Affairs, post wey she zuk til 1981. From 1982 go 1983 na she be official for de Middle East den Asia Department, then for de Ministry of Foreign Affairs, til 1985, For 1988 insyd she take up post for one year for de department for de Americas, before she cam turn member for de Senate for Paris insyd, wey she stay for de next four years. For 1993 insyd, she cam turn Deputy Director for de Department for Economics, Trade and Investment, til 1996, wen she move go Cotonou, Benin, wey she job as adviser wey sanso be business manager from 1997 go 1998. From 2000 go 2002, na she be Head of the Department for Economics, Trade and Investment, before she serve for four years as ambassador for Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (2002–06) insyd. She then return go turn director for de Department of Economics, Trade and Investment for de Ministry of Foreign Affairs for two more years.
From 2008 go 2009 na she be de representative for de Permanent Representative for de United Nations Headquarters for New York City insyd. From 15 January 2010 go 14 October 2014 na she be Ambassador for de Republic of Ghana for Paris, wey na UNESCO den de Holy See accredit am.[3][4]
