Kintampo North Municipal Assembly be one of de eleven districts wey dey for Bono East Region insyd Ghana.[1] Originally na ebe part of de den bollar Kintampo District on 10 March 1989, wey until de southern part for de district dem split am off go create Kintampo South District on 12 November 2003 (effectively 17 February 2004); thus part wey remain dem rename am as Kintampo North District, wey later dem elevate am to municipal assembly status for 1 November 2007 (effecitvely 29 February 2008) to become Kintampo North Municipal Assembly.[2][3][4] De municipality dey for de northern part of Bono East Region wey e get Kintampo as ein capital town.[5]
