Kofi Setordji (born 1957) be multidisciplinary visual artist wey dey base insyd Ghana. Ein works dey range from graphic design, textile designing, sculpture den painting.[1][2][3]

Education den career

Na dem born Setordji insyd 1957 insyd Accra.[4][5] He attend Methodist Secondary School insyd Accra after wich he train as a commercial artist. Na he be an apprentice of Ghanaian cartoonist Ghanatta Yaw Boakye.[6] From 1984 to 1987, Setordji apprentice plus Ghanaian artist den dramatist Saka Acquaye.[3] He start dey work insyd sandstone insyd 1985 wey he start dey show ein works insyd Accra. He show insyd France, Italy, Denmark, Germany, Austria, South Africa den de United States.

Apart from ein artistic practice, Setordji be mentor to chaw young contemporary artists wey dey practice insyd Accra. He found Arthaus, a residency program give artists.[7] For addition, he be co-founder den former creative director of Nubuke Foundation, a contemporary art space insyd Accra.[8][9][10]
