Arthur chop chaw accolades, wey dey include Rapper of de year den Hip Hop Song of de year at de Vodafone Ghana Music Awards as well as a Viewer’s Choice Best International Act nomination at de 2018 BET Awards. Dis make de rapper make he consider job offer as security guard for Tema insyd.[6] Although dem accept am for de security job, Kwesi decide say he go pursue ein music career for sum local recording studio. Here nu, he make deal plus de recording studio ein owner he go learn music production den record for free: in exchange, Arthur go perform menial tasks for de studio like he go sweep den do general maintenance. For 2016 insyd, he meet management wey komot Ground Up Chale, wey be social media movement give young artists for West Africa insyd, wer he record ein hit record Grind day for dema studios year later.[7]
