Insyd 2009, Ndurumo move from Moi University to University of Nairobi, wer he now be an associate professor of psychology.

He san be de founding chair for de Kenya National Association of the Deaf, den de founding secretary for de Kenya Association of the Hard of Hearing. Nduromo found de African Institute of Deaf Studies and Research, wey he be member for de selection committee for de appointment of members of de National Educational Board.
