Paula Cristina Francisco Coelho (dem born am July 7, 1981) wey na dem appoint am as Minister of Environment of de Republic of Angola for September 2017 under João Lourenço Government.[1] before sey dem give am mandate as Minister of Environment, na she be de Secretary of State give Biodiversity den Protected Areas.[2] She start ein work give de Ministry of Environment as technician, later she cam turn de National Director give Biodiversity.[3]

Paula Francisco get bachelor's degree for protected areas management for de Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa.
