Pru West District be one of de eleven districts insyd Bono East Region, Ghana.[1] Formerly na ebe part of de Pru District, for 15 March 2018 na dem split off take form ein own district, plus dem form de area wey remain into de Pru East District. De district assembly dey locate insyd de east central part of Bono East Region. De capital town be Prang.
Boundaries
[edit | edit source]De district be bounded for de north-east by de Pru East district, de Sene West district to de east, de Nkoranza South Municipal District den de Atebubu-Amantin Municipal District to de south, de Kintampo North Municipal District to de north-west, den de Kintampo South District to de west.[2]
Settlements
[edit | edit source]De ten most populated areas insyd de region dey include de capital town Prang, Zabrama, Dama-Nkwanta, Abease, Komfourkrom, Beposo, Buipe, Aboa, Adabrase den Ajalaja. Der be 88 localities within de district. Dem sanso divide de district into de Prang Town Council, Abease Area Council den de Ajaraja/Beposo Area Council.[3]
Administration
