She start ein media career afta she cam turn de second runner-up for de 2010 Miss Maliaka beauty pageant.[1][8] She job plus GHOne TV ebe subsidiary of de EIB Network for five years. She currently dey job plus TV3 Ghana ebe subsidiary of Media General Ghana Limited.[9][10] Berla host reality shows den corporate events.[11][12][13] She dey host Africa's first syndicated show on DSTV, Moment with MO. Dem know am as de most influential Ghanaian insyd 2017 by Avance Media.[2][14][15] Insyd 2017 she win The Most Stylish Media Personality at de Glitz Style Awards wey de founder be Claudia Lumor.[16]

Mundi be known for ein advocacy for girls den women dema rights.[17][18] She launch mentoring den career guidance project insyd 2018.[17] Edey aim say e go offer skills training give young women.[3]

She establish de Berla Mundi foundation insyd 2015.[19] Insyd June 2019, dem feature am insyd de Visual Collaborative electronic catalog, under de Polaris series.[20] She san be de founder of de B.You project.[21]
