She attend de St Monica's Secondary School for Mampong, Kumasi where she get both ein O den A level certificates. Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare den proceed go Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where she get ein Bachelor of Arts in Social Science. She san continue go de University of Ghana, Legon go pursue further studies for de field of Law wey obtain honors for LLB insyd 2002. She later get ein degree for law insyd 2004.[6]

She san cam turn lawyer give de Legal Aid Scheme wey dey Ashanti Region insyd. She san cam turn board member for de Multi Trust Financial Company wey dey insyd Kumasi from 2004 till date. Rydee she be board member of de Federation Commodities Limited.[7]
