Ernestina Naadu Mills (née Botchway) be Ghanaian educator den former First Lady of Ghana. Na she be de wife of former Ghanaian president John Atta Mills (dem born am 21 July 1944 – she die 24 July 2012) wey she be recipient of Humanitarian award from de Health Legend Foundation.[1][2] Na she be de Second Lady of Ghana from 1996 dey go 2001. She teach for 33 years, wey she teach for schools like Aburi Girls' Senior High School, Achimota School den Holy Trinity Cathedral Senior High School. Dem honour am for other countries den Ghana too secof ein contribution to children's education.[3][4]

Cornelius Teye Botchway, cocoa businessman den Madam Alberta Abetso Abbey, dem all be natives for Prampram town for de Greater Accra Region insyd wey dem born Ernestina Naadu Botchway for Accra insyd.[5] Mills attend Aburi Girl's Secondary School as de former Cocoa Marketing Board wey now be Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), grant am full scholarship, after she pass ein Common Entrance Examination. After she receive ein GCE Ordinary Level certificate, she chop two years as teacher for de Specialist Training College (STC) for Winneba insyd.[5][6]

After she teach for Kototabi Mixed school for two years wey she san return go STC so sey she go obtain Diploma insyd Home Economics. Na she get desire make she continue dey improve ein body whilst she dey teach, she attend de University of Ghana, Legon wey she plete Bachelor of Arts degree insyd Sociology den Psychology. She san so get Master of Philosophy degree insyd Sociology, she specialize for Deviant Behaviour den Control insyd.[5][7]

As she plete ein teacher training course she teach for Kotobabi (One) Mixed Middle School for two years.[5] After she graduate plus Diploma insyd Home Economic she return go ein alma mater, Aburi Girl's Secondary School make she teach Home Economic, she specialise for Clothing den Textile Design insyd for nine years.[6] Later nu she teach for de Holy Trinity Cathedral School den Achimota School. She teach for 33 years.[5][6]

Mills sanso serve as de Director of Education for de Greater Accra Region insyd. For ein role as director she job togeda plus de Regional Director den five oda district directors wey dey direct de teaching den learning process wey dem dey ensure de smooth running of schools for de Greater Accra Region insyd.[5][6]
