He get ein G.C.E Ordinary Level for 1973 insyd den ein G.C.E Advanced Level for 1975 insyd. Dem make am Chartered Management Accountant den Associate Member for 1990 insyd wey he obtain ein Bachelor of Arts for Economics den Statistics from de University of Ghana for 1979 insyd. He san graduate from London School of Accountancy plus Management Accountancy.[6][7]

Na he be de Director of finance for de Ghamot Company Limited den Toyota Ghana Company Limited. He san job as de Deputy Chief Accountant for de MIM Timber Company Limited.[1]

Agyeman-Manu be member of de New Patriotic Party den de Member of Parliament for Dormaa Central Constituency wey dey de den Brong Ahafo region wey now ebe Bono region for Ghana . He job as de Chairman for de Public Accounts Committee top for de 7th Parliament for de 4th republic wey he act as de CEO for de National Health Authority for 2006 insyd, den he san job as de deputy Minister for Finance den Economic Planning under former President Kufuor ein admin (2001 to 2008). In dat govament, he job as de Deputy Minister of State for de Ministries wey dey follow: Trade den Industry, Interior, Finance, Communication den Roads den Transport. He san serve for dis Boards of institutions lyk de Small Arms Commission of Ghana, de Ghana Revenue Authority, Bank of Ghana, den de Divestiture Implementation Committee.[2][6]

IMANI san come explain say wat de Minister dey claim were all wey he dey us to cover up dealings plus local company dem dey bell am Pharmanova. De Public Procurement Authority (PPA) later talk say de Ministry ein dealings go against de procurement breaches e talk de Ministry to disqualify de two Pharmanova companies for double bedding amongst oda issues den re-evaluate dema tender plus ada remaining tenderers.[11][12][13]
