Dem born Kwami for 1923 insyd for Worawora, town wey dey Volta Region for Ghana (then Gold Coast).[2] She enroll for de Basel Mission's Women Teachers' Training College for Agogo insyd. She continue go de Kumasi College of Arts (now be Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology) for 1951 insyd, wer she study arts.[1]

After ein studies for de Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, de National Museum employ am wer she job as sculptor from 1954 go 1957. Later nu she job as teacher for Mawuli School den de Tamale Teachers' Training College from 1957 go 1978.[1]
