He resign from ein office as de minister secof he fail say he go end load shedding as we dey call am Dumsor, as he promise before say he go resign if he no fi solve am before 2015 end.[3]

Dem born Donkor for February 5, 1958 insyd, for Lonto wey dey Yeji for Bono East Region for Ghana insyd. He dey hold ein PhD den master's degree from de University of Bristol, den master of business administration from Lancaster University.[1][2][4]

Donkor serve as de deputy minister for information from 2013 to 2014. He bi a founding member for de Petroleum Commission den he serve as ein chief executive officer insyd 2014. Insyd dat same year, he come become cabinet minister for de Govament of Ghana.[5] He san become a member of Parliament of Ghana insyd 2015 den serve as de Chairman for de Committee on Mines den Energy. Rydee he rep de Pru East Constituency wey dey for de Bono East Region on de ticket of de National Democratic Congress.[6]

Donkor go contest for de seat for de Pru East constituency insyd 2016 general elections wey he win. He garner 13,512 votes wey edey rep 56.19% of de total votes cast de therefore defeat de other contestants wey edey include David Amoah, Danjumah Desmond, Noah Ken Boadai den Zevor Mattew Tsiditsey.[7] He san retain ein seat for de 2020 Ghanaian general election.[8]
