Wey na she san serve as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs den Minister of State give de Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing[3] give John Kufuor.[4][5] She be member for New Patriotic Party.

She be product for University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), de Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), de Pitman's Central College, University of London den University of Westminster wey for United Kingdom (UK) insyd.[7]

She get Executive MBA, (Project Management option), MA in Public Communication, Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB), Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising wey she sanso get certificate for Marketing Management.

She serve ein second term, wey she dey represent de people wey dey Anyaa/Sowutuom.[8] She nogo run for re-election for de 2020 general plus parliamentary elections.[9]

As she be practitioner of public administration, she sana work give various organizations such as Worldspace Ghana, the Divestiture Implementation Committee, Glaxo Group Research den Hodge Recruitment.[6]

Shirley currently be de Chairperson give ECOWAS dema Council of Ministers plus de Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration give Ghana.[12]
