He later get ein diploma for Adult education from de University of Ghana for 2002 insyd. He further get ein bachelor's degree for Social work den Psychology for 2008 insyd. insyd 2012, he get ein master's degree for Development Management from de University of Cape Coast den in 2020, he get ein LLB in Law.[5][6]

Na Evans previously be de General manager from 2010 come 2016 wey he san be de Credit manager for de Ahafo Community Bank Limited from 2002 come 2006. Na he be tutor from 1997 come 1999.[7][8]

Evans be member of NPP wey currently he be de MP for de Asunafo North Constituency for de Ahafo region. Insyd de 2020 Ghana general elections, he chop ein parliamentary seat plus 34,684 votes whilst de NDC parliamentary aspirant Mohammed Haruna get 31,340 votes. Na he be former Regional Minister for de den Bono Ahafo region den de Regional minister for de Ahafo region. Ein goverment appoint am as de deputy minister for Youth den sports.[9][10][11] Dem appoint am as de care-taker as regional minister for de Bono-East region.[12]
